Two Parts. One Practical Education.
28 Months of Coursework and Experience
The On-Campus Master takes 28 months to complete and consists of two components. The first consists of 16 months of academic coursework, with students attending daily classes on the Trinity campus. Students then spend 12 months in a paid administrative residency with a healthcare organization.
Part One: Academic Coursework
Over 16 months, students build a foundation in healthcare leadership, policy, finance, operations, and data-informed decision-making.

Administrative Residency (Spring, Summer, and Fall Semester, 6 hours)
Residency is a one-year immersive experience in a real healthcare setting. Residency placements cover the full range of health care settings, push students to further develop critical leadership skills. In most situations students get their first job with their residency organization.
During the residency year, students are paid a stipend, work under the direct supervision and receive mentorship of a senior-level executive, and are guided by an assigned faculty adviser.
