Nathaniel Trevino is working at a clinical research company for a gap year.

Clara Bogard Woody
Class Year: 2023
Clara Bogard Woody began a master’s program in theology and ecology at Princeton Theological Seminary in the Summer of 2026. She has enjoyed spending time on the seminary’s regenerative farm. Clara is grateful to Trinity’s Religious Studies Department, particularly Dr. Bauser McBrien and Dr. Tarango, for their support and guidance.

Thao Dinh '23 and Gavin Barrera '22
Class Years: 2022 and 2023
Trinity University alumni Thao Dinh ’23 and Gavin Barrera ’22 found more than an education at their alma mater—they found each other. The couple first met during Gavin’s senior year at the Dickie Smith Art Building when Thao needed help opening the door to her bookbinding classroom. Gavin answered the call, beginning a friendship that would eventually blossom into love.

Their paths continued to cross around campus, from Coates Library and McLean Hall to Trinity events, and their connection grew naturally over time. When Thao returned to Vietnam in 2024, Gavin followed, promising to go wherever she went. After showing himself to be husband material to her traditional family, the couple married in November 2025 in a joyful multicultural celebration in Vietnam. They were surrounded by more than 400 family members and 40 friends and family from the United States and Japan, including fellow Trinity alumni. Their love story and wedding made national news in Vietnam.

Following their wedding, the newlyweds honeymooned in Japan, exploring Kyoto, Mount Fuji and Tokyo. From a chance meeting at Trinity to a beautiful international wedding and life together, Thao and Gavin’s story is a wonderful reminder that sometimes the most meaningful Trinity connection is the one that lasts a lifetime.

Peyton Ashley
Class Year: 2021
Peyton Ashley works as a Medical-Surgical Nurse at St. David’s Medical Center in Austin. Ashley is also a member of the Composers Alliance of San Antonio, led by Trinity professor Dr. Brian Bondari, and has enjoyed participating in many of the group’s performances and compositions. Some of Ashley’s work has also been performed at Trinity.

Genevieve Humphreys and Tom Loveday '22 got engaged in Florence, Italy this summer. “We are so happy that Trinity brought us together.”

Class Years: 2019, 2020, and 2025
Mindy Tran Champion BA '19, MAT '20 and Nico Champion BA '19, MAT '20, MEd '25 (married by Dr. Angela Breidenstein in 2022) welcomed their first daughter, Lacey, into the world on July 13th. Mindy and Nico moved from San Antonio to Houston last year, where Mindy is getting her PhD in Higher Education Leadership & Policy Studies at the University of Houston, and Nico is an Assistant Principal at Energy Institute High School.

Jacqueline Arevalo-Fagan
Class Year: 2011
Jacqueline recently celebrated her five-year anniversary at Buckman as an Organizational Effectiveness Analyst. After graduating from Trinity, she went on to earn her MBA from Christian Brothers University in May 2021. She and her husband, Chayah, who have been married since May 2022, are also celebrating a growing family; they are expecting their second son in December 2026, which will make their 2.5-year-old son, Ryan, a proud big brother.

Jonathan Trejo '11 has been selected as Chief of Endocrinology and Diabetes at the South Texas Veterans Health Care System, the fastest growing Veterans Affairs health system in the country. Jonathan and his wife, Lindsay Nieman ’11, M’13, recently celebrated their 10 year anniversary.

Andrew Gnann began serving as president and CEO of Ascension St. Vincent’s Riverside, a major hospital serving the Jacksonville, Florida, community on September 14, 2026.

Caz Harleaux
Class Year: 2002
Caz Harleaux will release his first book, Jump Twice: Truths to Build a Meaningful Life, on September 17. The book blends memoir and personal development, exploring how we can build more meaningful lives through optimism and conscious action. Caz continues his work with Prime Video as a contributor across its NFL, NBA and WNBA coverage, with a new season of Thursday Night Football airing this fall. He is also currently featured in national campaigns for Amazon Health, Northern Trust, and a slate of NBC projects. Through his company, HarleauxWorld, Caz is expanding the concepts of Jump Twice into speaking engagements, live events, and other storytelling projects aimed at making people better for themselves and thereby, better for the world.

Brian Webster 
Class Year: 1993
Brian Webster ’93 has been named a Governor-Nominee for the FY28–FY30 Board of Governors of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). The nomination recognizes long-term volunteer service and leadership within ASME, where Brian currently serves as Past Chair of the Petroleum Division and has held numerous other volunteer leadership roles. Brian is grateful to the colleagues, mentors, volunteers, and friends who have contributed to his professional journey and views the nomination as a reflection of the many teams he has had the privilege to serve alongside. Tammy Sax Stuckey
Class year: 1984
After a 38-year career in public education, Tammy Sax Stuckey retired in Bethesda, Maryland. My journey began in the San Antonio School District immediately after graduation, but the majority of her career was spent within the Richardson Independent School District in Texas (Hamilton Park Pacesetter Magnet School) and Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland (MCPS). For the last 28 years, Tammy taught English to elementary children. MCPS serves over 28,000 Emergent Multilingual Learners representing 164 countries and 184 languages. She is deeply grateful for the early opportunities and guidance provided by the late Dr. John H. Moore III, who served as the chair of Trinity's Education Department.

Jane Bickford
Class year: 1982
After 41 years as a librarian, 37 years with the Boston Public Library and 4 years with the San Antonio Public Library, Jane Bickford recently retired. Retirement has brought plenty of opportunities to stay curious and enjoy new adventures, including taking classes at UMass Boston and pursuing a lifelong love of travel. This fall, Jane is looking forward to exploring Malta and Sicily, along with returning to San Antonio for a visit.

Christy Visher
Class Year: 1978
Christy Visher retired in Baltimore, Maryland as Professor Emerita, University of Delaware after a 40-year career conducting research on crime policy issues. She and her husband, John, have seven grandchildren and enjoy trips to the beach, national parks, and international
destinations.

Jeanie Martin Frasier
Class Year: 1977
Jeanie Martin Frasier and her husband are the fourth generation to own and operate her family's farm, Dixondale Farms, in Carrizo Springs, TX where they grow onion transplants and cantaloupes. Seeing a need to supply product to the home gardener in the early 1990's, they expanded the onion plant business into a mail order company that supplies home gardeners, garden centers and seed catalogs. They are now the largest onion plant grower in the U.S. and the largest cantaloupe producer in the state, shipping to all the major TX grocery chains in June and July. As the company enters its 114th year, they have no plans to retire.

Gordon England obtained a consulting contract with Bahamas Engineer to Quality Control Review plans and hydraulic calculations for $5,000,000 government flood control project in Nassau, Bahamas.
