Executive Mentoring and Career Coaching

Starting in your first semester, every Neidorff Scholar will be matched to and build a relationship with an accomplished business leader and Trinity University Alumni who will serve as a personal mentor. Your mentor can help you explore career possibilities, develop professional skills, navigate important decisions, and build a network that extends well beyond graduation.

Exclusive Access to Business Leaders

The Neidorff Scholars Program will take you beyond the traditional classroom through special access to distinguished alumni, CEOs, entrepreneurs, investors, and other VIP guests who visit the Michael Neidorff School of Business. You will have opportunities to participate in Neidorff Tiger Treks to Wall Street and Corporate Headquarters of Fortune 50 firms.

A Bespoke Internship Abroad

During interviews, you will stand out from your peers after gaining firsthand experience in a global business environment through an internship designed around your professional interests and aspirations. Whether your goals are in finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, consulting, technology, or another field, Neidorff Scholars are guaranteed an internship in one of the business capitals of the world in your chosen industry.
