Learn alongside experienced healthcare leaders
Designed for working professionals, the Executive M.S. follows a cohort model that allows you to progress through the program with the same group of peers. You’ll build lasting professional relationships while applying what you learn directly to your organization throughout the program.
How You'll Learn
Unlike traditional graduate programs, the Executive M.S. integrates classroom learning with your current professional experience. Every semester combines:
-
Each semester begins with a three-day, on-campus experience in San Antonio, where you’ll reconnect with your cohort, engage in interactive discussions, collaborate on projects, and learn directly from faculty and industry leaders. These immersive sessions establish the foundation for the semester and strengthen the relationships that define the Executive M.S. experience.
-
Following each on-campus session, you’ll continue your coursework online through faculty-led instruction, collaborative assignments, and approximately five live teleconferencing sessions for each course. The hybrid format is designed to help working professionals balance graduate study with the demands of a full-time career while staying connected to classmates and faculty.
-
Bring your learning directly into your organization. Throughout the program, you’ll apply concepts in leadership, finance, operations, strategy, and performance improvement to real workplace challenges. Class discussions draw on the experiences of your cohort, creating opportunities to exchange ideas, solve complex problems, and implement new strategies that make an immediate impact.
