Texting & Privacy Terms and Services

The Trinity Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship occasionally sends messages such as reminders of upcoming meetings or events, invitations to upcoming events, requests to respond to emails for scheduling, etc.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply "STOP" to any message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at entrepreneurship@trinity.edu
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive occasional messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

By enrolling in, using or accessing any of the SMS Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use or access any of the SMS Services. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service covering SMS Services.
INFORMATION COLLECTED ABOUT YOU - Personal information we collect about you through your use of the SMS Services may include first name, last name, mobile number, and email address. We may use cookies or similar technologies on our website trinity.edu or websites associated with the SMS Services to automatically collect your interactions with any URL links included in the Messages.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR SMS SERVICES - We use your personal information to provide you with information & updates regarding meetings & events and other notices related to programs in which you have expressed interest.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION - We do not share text message opt-in consents or related mobile telephone numbers with third parties, except with our vendors to provide the SMS Services.
OPTING OUT - If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message sent from us.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY - We may update this Privacy Policy at any time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please review it frequently. By continuing to use the SMS Services after any such changes have been made, you accept and agree to the updates to the Privacy Policy.
