Make a Counseling Appointment
Option 1: Counseling at Counseling Services (on-campus; in-person or virtual)
- We offer in-person appointments; virtual appointments are available upon request.
- An “Initial Consultation” is a student’s first appointment at Counseling Services during the current academic year.
- During last year, the average wait time for an available Initial Consultation was one day.
- The Initial Consultation requires 45 minutes: 15 minutes for the student to complete several forms and for the counselor to review them, 30 minutes for student and counselor to meet. Subsequent (Follow-Up) appointments are 45 minutes.
- Follow-Up appointments occur every 2-4 weeks, or as needed.
