Nels Christiansen, the dean of the School of Social Science and Civil Engagement, believes one of his most important roles is to act as an advocate, ensuring that others are getting the resources they need and the recognition they deserve.
Rubén Duperteis, the dean of the School of Arts and Humanities, welcomes any opportunity he gets to uplift the humanities, from teaching as a religion professor to building an undergraduate research program that invites students to be full collaborators.
David Ribble, the dean of the School of Science, Engineering, and Mathematics, brings his passion and expertise to Trinity as a biology professor who conducts international research alongside students, emphasizing the perspective teaching brings to his administrative work.
