Create an Office of Undergraduate Research
Trinity will create an Office of Undergraduate Research within Academic Affairs to support faculty and students’ efforts to share the impact of student research, collaborate with local research centers, and host undergraduate research colloquia.
ACTION STEP 2
Remove financial barriers from experiential learning programs
Trinity will remove financial barriers from student participation in off-campus experiential learning programs, including Study Abroad, Study Away, and internships, with the goal of every Trinity student having at least one of these experiences.
ACTION STEP 3
Develop dedicated career coaching for students
Trinity will develop a program for every student to receive dedicated career coaching with sessions beginning in their first year and extending through their senior year.

Identify barriers to students’ timely graduation
Trinity will work with academic leaders to identify barriers to students’ timely graduation and develop programs to support faculty members seeking to address these barriers.
