Fall Family Weekend - October 2-4, 2026
This annual event is a Trinity tradition during which parents and families reconnect with their students over a weekend-long event.
This year, please join us for:
- Tiger tailgate
- A Parent Council meeting and luncheon
- Symposiums highlighting the unique experiences of students in each year of their Trinity journey
- Opportunities to meet faculty and advisers

Schedule and Registration
The schedule is packed with events ranging from engaging workshops and exciting activities to relaxing social gatherings and special performances; there’s plenty to enjoy and experience. We look forward to sharing this memorable weekend with you and making it a wonderful time for the entire family!
Activities are generally available on a first-come, first-serve basis, be sure to check individual event descriptions for additional details.

Before signing up, we encourage you to connect with your student about their Family Weekend schedule, including any activities or plans they would like you to attend together, and make sure you are available to participate in the full Parent Council gathering. | 1:00PM - 5:00PM | Fall Family Weekend Check-In | Coates Student Center Plaza Welcome to Fall Family Weekend! Meet us outside the Trinity Bookstore to check in, grab some Trinity swag and weekend information, snap a family photo with your Tiger, and get ready for a fun weekend on campus. |

2:00 PM – 2:50 PM & 3:00 PM – 3:50 PM | Classes Without Quizzes | Various Campus Classrooms Experience a Trinity classroom, without the quizzes! Families are invited to step into Trinity’s small-class learning environment and explore a variety of topics with faculty. Class topics, instructors, and locations will be announced soon. Please keep in mind, our classrooms are generally smaller, and if a class is full, please consider joining a different class. |

Stay for a closing reception and art market celebrating creativity across the Trinity community. |
| 6:00PM | Viva Las Americas | Stieren Theater Celebrate Latinx culture and talent at Viva Las Americas, the Trinity University Latino Association’s annual performance showcase. Join the Trinity community for an evening of music, performance, and cultural celebration in recognition of Latinx Heritage Month. |

| 9:00AM - 9:45AM | Breakfast with LeeRoy | Skyline in Coates Student Center Start your morning with Trinity spirit! Grab coffee and a light breakfast, visit with members of the Dean of Students team, and say hello to LeeRoy. |
| 10:00PM - 11:00AM | University Update | Stieren Theater Hear about what’s happening at Trinity and some of the exciting work ahead. University leaders will share updates, progress, and a look at the continued evolution of the Trinity experience. |
| 11:00AM | Tiger Tailgate | Prassel Lawn Get ready for Tiger football! Join Trinity families and the campus community for food, games, and fun before kickoff. Bring your Tiger and get into the Trinity spirit before heading to the stadium. |
| 12:00PM | Trinity Tiger Football vs. Berry College | Trinity University Football Stadium Cheer on the Tigers as Trinity Football takes on Berry College. Wear your maroon, bring your Trinity spirit, and help us fill the stands with Tiger families! |

| 10:30AM - 11:30AM | Farewell Mimosas | Fiesta Room Before heading home, stop by for one last Family Weekend gathering with the Dean of Students team. This casual, come-and-go event is an opportunity to connect, enjoy a mimosa, and say “see you later” to your Tiger before wrapping up the weekend. |
