• At Trinity, Dr. Postell is responsible for ensuring the University's compliance with federal and institutional policies related to Title IX, Title VI, and Title VII, as well as the University's Sexual Misconduct and Equal Opportunity policies. Her responsibilities include overseeing compliance functions; developing and delivering comprehensive training and educational programs for students, faculty, and staff; and managing the University’s response to reports of discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct.

    Dr. Postell oversees the intake, investigation, and resolution of complaints; coordinates outreach and support with on- and off-campus partners; and identifies and addresses systemic issues and trends to promote an equitable and inclusive campus environment.
