Stronger Together
Alumni are some of the best ambassadors for Trinity when they can share personal accounts of their experiences as students, campus leaders, dedicated athletes, and active members of the community.
Join the Recruitment Network
Alumni play a very important role in increasing awareness and knowledge of Trinity University to prospective students.
College Fairs
Represent Trinity at college fairs and help prospective students learn about the university. Volunteers receive training, resources, and answers to common questions, allowing them to confidently staff fairs independently or alongside an admissions counselor.
Contact Campaigns
Help prospective students feel welcome through personalized outreach. Volunteers connect with prospective students by phone, email, or handwritten notes, answering questions, sharing their Trinity experience, and encouraging students throughout the admissions process.
Receptions
Support Trinity admissions receptions by welcoming prospective students and families, assisting with registration, and sharing your Trinity experience. Volunteers help answer questions and create a welcoming environment, with optional speaking opportunities coordinated in advance.
Host Regional Gatherings
Host a regional gathering to introduce prospective students and families to Trinity in a welcoming setting. Volunteers open their homes for informal events, helping build connections with future Tigers while admissions staff provide support and event resources.
Diversity Recruitment
Help expand access to a Trinity education by connecting with prospective students from diverse backgrounds. Volunteers provide encouragement, share their experiences, and help foster a welcoming, supportive community for historically underrepresented students.
Virtual Recruitment
Connect with prospective students and families from anywhere by volunteering virtually. Share your Trinity experience through online panels, regional discussions, or one-on-one conversations that help students explore Trinity and find connections based on shared interests or experiences.
