Our Mission
The Trinity University Student Ambassadors (TUSA) serve as representatives of the Trinity student body to Trinity alumni, donors, and the University community. Working closely with the Alumni Relations and Development offices, the Ambassadors aim to boost student engagement by establishing and maintaining memorable traditions, raising campus awareness about the importance of giving, and linking current and past Trinity students to share experiences, open opportunities, and promote a lifetime commitment to philanthropy.
Become An Ambassador
Interested in becoming a Student Ambassador? Students are welcome to apply during recruitment in the spring semester. Applicants must submit a completed application. Contact our executive team to learn more!
Our Four Pillars
All our programming efforts fall into four main pillars:
TUSA educates students on giving to Trinity University. Events like Tuition Stop Day highlight the value of supporting Trinity.
TUSA upholds traditions and creates new ones reflecting the student body. Members honor traditions that reinforce Trinity values of discovery, excellence, impact, and community.
TUSA is committed to showing the student body how to take charge of our education and network at Trinity. Through events, TUSA members engage with the community to create a vibrant Tiger network.
Service is key to giving back. Students contribute time, resources, or wisdom to the community and to each other as student ambassadors.

Our Events for Trinity
In November, Student Ambassadors host Thank A Giver (T.A.G.) Week to inform students about how alumni and donors impact Trinity. They encourage writing thank-you notes to Trinity's donors.
Each October, nearly a thousand Trinity alumni return to campus to reconnect with classmates and Trinity. Ambassadors visit alumni at reunions and events throughout the weekend.
Trinity’s Distinguished Lecture Series offers free lectures by influential community members with diverse backgrounds.
The Trinity Ring Ceremony celebrates graduating from Trinity University. Held in the Chapel during Spring Family Weekend, it's a memorable event for family and friends. We conclude by dipping your ring in the fountain, connecting you to all Trinity alumni.
The Policy Maker Breakfast program offers seminars for Trinity’s Business Affiliate and University communities, featuring notable policy makers from journalism, politics, and business.
At the President’s Dinner, Student Ambassadors represent Trinity. They assist with checking in donors and faculty. Attending is a highlight for Ambassadors.
