Psychology coursework covers core concepts within psychology alongside interdisciplinary electives that allow students to explore personal interests. Service-learning initiatives, supervised research experiences, and practicum opportunities train students to think critically about psychological phenomena in real-world settings.
Psychology (B.S., Minor)
Psychology students think critically about human behavior and psychological phenomena. Grounded strongly in research methods, courses cover interdisciplinary electives and four core clusters: basic biological and perceptual processes; development; learning, memory, and cognition; and social and clinical psychology.
Honors In Psychology
Psychology Honors at Trinity is a 1-2 year faculty-supervised thesis experience for self-motivated Tigers ready to commit to original research, culminating in a presentation of findings to the department in their senior year.
