Trinity University and Symphony of the Hills Unite for Flood Relief Concert
The Trinity choirs, along with a 70-member orchestra, will perform at Laurie Auditorium to support Kerrville flood recovery

Trinity University’s Department of Music is partnering with the Kerrville Symphony of the Hills to present a benefit concert titled “A Time to Remember: Tribute Concert for Kerrville.” The concert was organized in response to the devastating July 4 flooding along the Guadalupe River. Musicians are volunteering their talents as a gesture of compassion and solidarity with affected communities. The University’s Department of Music and choirs, under the direction of Gary Seighman, D.M.A., choral director and department chair, are co-sponsoring and performing, highlighting the collaboration between the University and the orchestra to support flood relief efforts.

The concert is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 16, at 7:30 p.m., in Trinity’s Laurie Auditorium. All seating is general admission, and donations to this important cause will be accepted. To learn more about the event, visit the Symphony of the Hills.
