The Office of General Counsel (OGC) oversees all legal matters affecting the University, providing guidance, legal counsel, representation, research, and opinions to the University's Board of Trustees, President, Executive Leadership Team, and all other areas of the University as appropriate, including management of all litigation matters brought by or against the University.
