Bianca Sosa is a doctoral candidate at Our Lady of the Lake University. She is passionate about supporting young adults and couples as they navigate identity development, major life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, anxiety, and finding purpose and balance during emerging adulthood. She believes therapy is a collaborative process that helps individuals recognize their strengths and create meaningful lasting change.
