• Stephanie Mathew is the International Student and Scholar Services Advisor and comes with 12+ years of experience in advising, programming, teaching, and instructional design. She serves as the Designated School Official (DSO) and is responsible for advising and processing applications for F-1 international students, J-1 scholars, H-1B Faculty and staff; teaching the first-year course for international students, and supporting international students overall.

    Stephanie was born and raised in Inglewood, California but has roots back to Kerala, India. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley and her Masters of Arts in Postsecondary Education with a Specialization in Student Affairs from San Diego State University. In her spare time, Stephanie loves teaching zumba, learning new dance forms, taking long walks, listening to music from around the world, trying new food, watching horror films and dramatic television series, and spending time with her loved ones.
