• Katie Ramirez is the Director of the Center for Experiential Learning and Career Success (CELCS), having served in other roles within the office since she joined Trinity in 2014.  Under her leadership, the CELCS team received national recognition as a top 2% career center nationwide for student engagement in 2024, received national recognition for their innovative programming, and has helped the university achieve its record-breaking positive outcome rate of 98%.

    Katie holds an undergraduate degree in Art and a Master's in Nonprofit Management, and has been in the career development and nonprofit sectors for over 20 years.  In addition to her on-campus roles, Katie represents Trinity through the Southern Association of Colleges and Employers (SoACE), the San Antonio Area Colleges and Universities Career Centers Association (SACUCCA), is a member in a number of professional organizations, and volunteers with different organizations throughout San Antonio.
