Since 1980,Trinity University has provided full service conference and event support for summer and academic conferences, meetings, and gatherings of all kinds. Our beautiful campus is the only one in Texas to be designated a modernist historic district and is an oasis in the heart of the 7th largest city in the country.

Whether that means converting a non-traditional space into the venue you are looking for or providing top-tier catering and entertainment for your group, we are here to make your upcoming conference a success.

What We Do

A variety of support services contribute to the ease and convenience of your conference. Staff members are available at all times to render assistance with last minute requests.

Catering

Large scale catering for up to 1,700 participants. Accommodate a vast range of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free as well as allergy requirements.

Spacious or intimate outdoor venues with tents. Convert non-traditional spaces into banquet spaces and plenary sessions (ex. gymnasium).

Accommodations

Campus has 16 residence halls of various sizes located on lower campus near Mabee Dining Hall, the Bell Athletic Center and other recreational spaces. Each hall is within walking distance to upper campus.
