Declare a major/minor

You’re on your way! Whether you’re ready to declare a major, minor, or cluster, the Office of the Registrar has the necessary forms and will process the paperwork. 

•   Declaration of First Major and Cluster
•   Declaration of Additional/Change Major
•   Declaration of Minor

•   Interdisciplinary Second Major

   

Request a transcript

Your transcript contains your official permanent academic record and is certified by the University Registrar. 

• Currently enrolled Trinity students and recent graduates should order a transcript through Workday.

• Alumni should request your official transcript using Parchment or submit a written request to us via fax, mail, or walk-in visit.
