As a Human Resources Business Partner supporting Student Affairs, Finance & Administration, Alumni Relations & Development, and Enrollment Management, I deliver HR assistance to university leadership and stakeholders. I oversee HR initiatives such as change management, workforce strategy, and employee engagement. Additionally, I serve as an expert resource on HR policies and practices, collaborating with business leaders to navigate and resolve complex employee relations issues. My role also involves supporting performance management, strategic planning, and HR-related projects to ensure alignment with university objectives.
