Overview

The Trinity Tomorrow’s Leaders Program (TTLP), which leads to a Master of Education in School Leadership and a State of Texas Principal certificate, prepares a select cohort of educators to take on the challenges of urban school leadership in the greater San Antonio community. Preparing students to be transformational and social justice leaders, the TTLP engages and challenges students to apply instructional leadership, community-building and policy advocacy skills to their local schools and communities throughout their coursework.

In addition, the program provides students with opportunities to interact with and learn from national speakers via the Center for Educational Leadership, to receive individualized leadership coaching from our experienced cohort of coaches, and to participate in other networking, professional development and research events throughout the 14-month program. Innovative and intensive, the Trinity Tomorrow’s Leadership Program seeks to place graduates in roles that will help local school districts serve youth and families equitably and with excellence.
